By accessing or using AdMirror, selecting a template, or uploading a photo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use AdMirror.

2. Description of Service

• AdMirror is a consent-first platform that lets you pick a campus scene, upload a selfie, and receive a personalized preview image showing you in that scene.
• Our workflow includes scene selection, selfie upload with explicit consent, AI-driven personalization, and delivery of the finished image by text message.
• Features, available scenes, and the delivery experience may change over time as we continue to improve the platform.

3. Eligibility and Use

• You should be at least 18 years old to use AdMirror on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should complete the upload with you.
• You agree to provide accurate information — such as a working phone number — so your personalized image can be delivered to you.
• You are responsible for the photo and information you submit.

4. Acceptable Use

When using AdMirror, you agree that you will not:

• Upload a photo of another person without that person's knowledge and consent.
• Use the platform to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to AdMirror's systems or the personalization technology.
• Use AdMirror to build a competing product or to train third-party models.

5. Intellectual Property

• AdMirror's technology, branding, scene templates, and website content are owned by AdMirror and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the photo you submit. By submitting it, you grant AdMirror a limited license to use that photo solely to generate and deliver your requested personalized image.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any AdMirror intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited right to use the finished image delivered to you.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• AdMirror is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdMirror will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AdMirror for any user who violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or poses a risk to other users. You may stop using AdMirror at any time.

8. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of AdMirror after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
